First Baptist Malakoff plans festival
Planning is underway for the annual Fall Festival sponsored by the First Baptist Church of Malakoff.
“Last year we were so excited to host around 1,400 visitors. With this sort of growth, we are working very hard to almost double the number of booths and activities,” said Allison Sangenito (Ms. Allison), Children’s Minister at FBC Malakoff.
Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 31 from 5 – 7:30 PM on the parking lot of FBC Malakoff. Activities planned for the free event include bounce house, obstacle course, hay ride, dunking booth, games, big giveaways, hot dog dinner and more.
“We want to offer our community a free, safe alternative on Oct. 31. Kids can come, play games, win prizes and get candy. Last year we saw some great costumes, can’t wait to see the kids this year,” concluded Ms. Allison.
