Ray Nutt and his team of Henderson County law enforcement is repressing community criminals.
Payne Springs is not being left out.
Twenty-four-year-old
resident Jason Passons was arrested March 17 and charged with manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance PG1 over one gram, under four grams.
Deputy Kevin Adair conducted a traffic stop on County Road 3519 that ultimately lead to the arrest Tuesday afternoon.
Passons was arrested for the offenses of driving without a driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle without proof of liability insurance.
Adair searched through the vehicle while Passons was being detained, discovering a quantity of methamphetamine while inventorying the vehicle.
Passons was then transported to the Henderson County Justice Center where he was booked for the charge of manufacturing delivery of controlled substance.
This second degree felony will cost Passons a $50,000 bond.
